Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and for its intended purpose: finding and offering community help.
• Do not post false, fraudulent, misleading or harmful information.
• Do not harvest, scrape or resell listing or user data.
• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or exploit any person or organization.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and organization representatives must be authorized to act for their organization.

Verification

Verification badges indicate that a defined check was completed at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of service quality, availability, eligibility or outcome. See the Verification Policy.

Organizations

• You are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of your listing.
• You must have the right to use any logos, photos and content you upload.
• You must comply with applicable nondiscrimination, safety and licensing laws.
• Listings may be suspended for inaccuracy, abuse or policy violations.

Sponsors

Sponsorship provides recognition only. It does not confer editorial control, preferential listing placement, or influence over verification decisions or referrals.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and is an informational directory. We do not provide emergency, medical, legal or financial services, and we do not guarantee that any listed resource will be available, appropriate or accurate at the time you contact it. Always confirm directly with the organization. In an emergency, call 911.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grace Path is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on third-party listings.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or our Community Standards. You may close your account at any time.
