Accessibility

Help should be reachable by everyone

People who most need GracePath Connect are often the least well served by inaccessible technology. We treat accessibility as a core requirement, not a feature.

Our standard

We design and test GracePath Connect against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we follow platform accessibility guidance from Apple and Google in the mobile apps.

What we commit to

  • Screen readers: semantic structure, meaningful headings, labeled controls and descriptive alternative text for images.
  • Large text: layouts that reflow without loss of content when text is enlarged or device font size is increased.
  • Keyboard navigation: every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Contrast: text and interface colors that meet or exceed AA contrast ratios.
  • Motion and timing: no essential content conveyed by motion alone, and no unnecessary time limits.
  • Plain language: clear wording, because clarity is accessibility too.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We audit new features before release, test with assistive technology, and prioritize fixes for barriers that block access to help. Translation support, starting with Spanish, is part of this commitment.

Report a barrier

If any part of GracePath Connect is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. Email connect@gracepath.app with the page or screen, the assistive technology you use, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will work with you on an alternative way to get the information you need in the meantime.
