Community Standards
People come here at vulnerable moments. These standards exist to keep GracePath Connect safe, honest and welcoming for everyone.
No fraud
Do not misrepresent services, eligibility, capacity, affiliation or nonprofit status. Do not use listings to collect money or personal data under false pretenses.
No scams
Never request payment, gift cards, banking details, government ID numbers or passwords in exchange for free assistance. Legitimate listings on this platform do not charge people for access to help.
No discrimination
Assistance offered through GracePath Connect may not be denied on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, or religion. Faith-based organizations are fully welcome; faith-based programming must be clearly described and help must remain available without coercion.
No harassment
Threats, intimidation, hate speech, doxxing, sexual harassment and exploitation of vulnerable people are prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.
No fake organizations
Only claim a listing you are authorized to manage. Duplicate, abandoned or impersonating listings will be removed.
Reporting abuse
- Use the Report button on any listing or update in the app.
- Email details to connect@gracepath.app including the listing name and what happened.
- If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
Moderation
We review reports promptly. Depending on severity we may request corrections, add a warning notice, unpublish a listing, suspend an account or refer the matter to authorities. Safety and fraud reports are prioritized.
Appeals
Any moderation action can be appealed within 30 days by emailing connect@gracepath.app. A reviewer who was not part of the original decision will respond, typically within 10 business days.
